INTEL vs AMD
The battle between Intel and AMD processors officially started back in 1991 when AMD released its Am386 microprocessor family which was reverse-engineered chip and was compatible with Intel’s next-generation 32-bit 386 microprocessor.
After that series of both Intel and AMD processors came in the lineup for the next decades.
Today,
Intel has come with its 9th Gen Intel® Core™ desktop processors. It is capable of giving juice upto 5Ghz and upto 16 way multitasking.
Coming to its competitor,
AMD blows minds with its $750, 16 -core 7 nm gaming CPU. i.e it's next lineup is Ryzen 9 3950X which may probably come up this September and it will fit into an AM4 motherboard.
Choosing between Intel and AMD can be a true struggle if you are not sure about your requirements.
AMD processors does provide good value for money as it has a strong market in providing greater technology at lower prices. Talking about lower prices doesn't mean that you are compromising with high end computing. The Amd's RYZEN processors does have a one to one league with intel.
Conclusion-
If you are thinking to buy a processor that is up to the mark but also within your budget, one must go for AMD.
And if you don't care much about budget and want an overall superior processor for everyday tasks then intel is there for you.
Also intel has a good market of providing mid range processors with integrated graphics.
Thank you for helping me choose between intel vs amd. I was hella confused but now I can buy my laptop easily. Lots of love ❤️
